General Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all bookings made with Soluna Curaçao. By booking a tour, you agree to these conditions.
1. Company
Soluna Curaçao is a water sports and tour operator based in Curaçao. For questions, contact us via WhatsApp at +5999 667 2906 or by email at solunacuracao@gmail.com.
2. Bookings
All bookings are made via WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from Soluna Curaçao. We confirm reservations within 24 hours.
3. Prices
All prices are listed on our website and are per jetski. Prices are in Euros. The price at the time of confirmation applies to your booking. Current pricing: 30 minutes €90 · 1 hour €150 · 2 hours €275 · Half day €500 · Fuik day on request.
4. Payment
Payment is due on the day of the tour, prior to departure. We accept iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Wero.
5. Cancellation by the guest
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
6. Cancellation by Soluna Curaçao
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or force majeure. You will be offered a full refund or a free rescheduled date.
7. Participation requirements
All participants must be able to swim. A valid driving licence is required for tours of 2 hours or longer. Participants must be at least 16 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse participation if a guest appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
8. Safety
A safety briefing is provided before every tour. Life jackets are mandatory and must be worn at all times on the water. Participants must follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
9. Liability
Soluna Curaçao is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss unless directly caused by our negligence. Participation in water sports is at your own risk. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers water sports activities.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao.
