Cancellation & Refund Policy

Soluna Curaçao offers guided water experiences — tours, Seadoo rides, Seabob sessions, and snorkeling. As these are time-based, in-person experiences, the following cancellation terms apply.

1. Cancellation by the guest

48 hours or more before the tour: Full refund, no questions asked.

Less than 48 hours before the tour: No refund. The spot is reserved and cannot be filled at short notice.

No-show: No refund.

2. Rescheduling

We are happy to reschedule your tour free of charge if you contact us at least 48 hours in advance via WhatsApp at +5999 667 2906. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

3. Cancellation by Soluna Curaçao

If we cancel your tour due to unsafe weather conditions, technical issues, or force majeure, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We will notify you as early as possible.

4. Right of withdrawal — EU visitors

Under EU consumer law, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies to most online purchases. However, Article 16(l) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive provides an exemption for leisure services (including tours and experiences) where the contract specifies a particular date or period of performance. As all Soluna tours are booked for a specific date and time, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once the tour date is confirmed.

5. How to request a refund

Contact us via WhatsApp at +5999 667 2906 or by email at solunacuracao@gmail.com. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
